A comedic performance based on the childhood experiences of Deb Filler whose parents were both Holocaust survivors. Deb was born in a bakery; her father, having nearly starved to death in a concentration camp, had a lifelong obsession with not wasting food. The story of the play surrounds a semi-fictional family that inevitably develops issues about being overweight. Filler sings, dances, tells stories, and bakes bread on stage that the audience ultimately gets to enjoy.
